WHAT IT IS: A multi-purpose lip color and liner.
WHAT IT DOES: Delivers semi-matte lip coverage in a convenient pencil form as well as precise lip lining.
HOW YOU USE IT: To use as a one-step lip liner and color, define lips using the side of the pencil point, then color them in. Can be used alone or under your favorite Lip Color or Gloss. To use as a cheek color, apply color to your ring finger then gently tap it onto the high apple of the cheek until blended.
