HOW YOU USE IT: To define eyes, press firmly into Eye Definer. Press the top of the brush onto back of hand or tissue to remove excess and test color. Hold your chin up as you look down into your mirror and place the brush on the outer corner of your eye, pressing and wiggling across your lash line toward the inner lash.
