SHIPPING + RETURNS

US SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. We do not currently offer international shipping.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

We work hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

ORDER ISSUES

If you have any problems with your order please contact us so that we can make it right!  We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase! If for any reason it doesn’t work for you, we are happy to offer 30 day returns. If you need to start a return, please contact us for a pre-paid return label.

We are happy to offer returns for most items. If you decide you would like to return your product, please make sure that it is at least half full and that it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for items that are returned mostly used. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
